I had 2 screens taken out by Tropical Storm Bertha. One company came out, took measurements, sounded confident and like they wanted to take on the challenge, since my pool enclosure is very high. Of course, I never heard back from them. Saw Justin/Precision Exterior 's name on Next Door. Not only did he stay in communication regarding details, he came within a couple of days and got it done. Like, showed up... estimate... done! He asked if I wanted it done right then. Since it wasn't a big job, he was able to knock it out. Justin and crew is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.

Justin arrived promptly to provide an estimate for replacing some screen panels on our pool enclosure. He was straightforward and professional about the condition of our enclosure. Justin made recommendations, explained and indicated why he recommended certain things. We accepted Justin’s quote and a couple of days later he and his assistant came and replaced the screens we had agreed to replace. While there I pointed out the desire to remove a pet door from the previous owners and another panel that was defective. Justin performed the additional work for a very reasonable price. The work was done, the cleanup was done, and there was no debris that fell into the pool!! We are on East Bay and had very strong gusty winds from Tropical Storm Bertha, but Justin’s repairs withstood the storm!!! We are quite pleased with the quality and price of Justin’s work, I will certainly use Justin and Precision Exterior Enterprises..

These guys are great-recommend highly. Had another estimate at essentially the same price but was for fewer screen panels to replace and only a 1 year warranty vs. Justin’s 3 year warranty. Communicated well and always did what they said they would do. Will use them in the future.
